Overview: Conversion of a row of derelict retail units into a high-quality mixed-use development comprising nine residential apartments, ground floor retail, and restaurant unit.

The Pump House, Kings Gardens, Southport
Overview: Restoration and conversion of the former pumping station in Kings gardens, a landmark heritage building within Southport’s conservation area. The project will transform the disused structure into a Health and Wellbeing Centre, proving space for yoga, fitness, and first floor health café.
MFP Group Role: Led the acquisition, planning, design and heritage coordination, ensuring the scheme remained sympathetic to the building’s original character.
